Refund policy

Customers are welcome to cancel or amend their order within 48 hours. You can do this by contacting us and quoting your order reference number.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of receipt of your item provided it is not damaged, is unworn and is in its original condition and packaging.

Commission pieces, personalised items and earrings are non-refundable.

Please note that postage and packaging will not be refunded.

To arrange a return or an exchange please contact us quoting your order number. We will then provide you with a returns/exchange form with a unique reference number. Please ensure this form is included with your item so that we can process your return quickly.
